Who I am

I am a positive, all-around grafter with a warm and passionate spirit, and oh, I’m a “smiler”.  

I have three passions: faith, music and marketing. Over the past two years, I have been learning how to be more intentional with my time to achieve the life I want. I just love how clarity and intentionality align perfectly with my passions.

I started AltheaMax.com to share my knowledge and experience with anyone looking to use creatively to develop their business or want to know how to use clarity and intent as a tool to personal success. 

In the not-too-distant past, I used to sing professionally, and though I still sing, I continue to link my passions to achieve the creativity I crave.  Like music, marketing always felt like it had a rhythm, a soulful beat of intentions, mixed with lyrically clear goals and culminating in a performance that has a positive impact.  I found vlogging and digital content my best marketing areas, and I want to share that with you.

So, who does she think she is? I hear you say.  Well, I am a Communications Manager for a charity, and in my previous roles, I was a Marketing Officer and a Finance Officer. I hold a BSc in Marketing, a Master’s in Business Administration, an ILM level 3 in Leadership and Management, and a Digital badge in social media strategies. I pride myself on having excellent communication skills, effectively engaging with senior directors, managers and colleagues, and great support and “uplifter of the spirit” to people in vulnerable positions.
